Payments:
I accept payment by Paypal only. All prices are in USD.
Orders below $200 will require payment in full before work commences. I accept more flexible payment terms for larger orders.

Sales Tax:
All items are tax free when buyer is not from Taiwan. Purchases by Taiwanese companies will incur a separate 5% VAT and will receive a tax deductible official receipt.

Non Exclusivity:
Misala Handmade bags and purses are sold to a number of retailers, so items cannot be exclusive to one particular store.

Branded:
Products will be branded with our fabric tag, product tags and in our branded product packaging. Except for mutually agreed collaboration projects, I do not accept requests to replace the branding on my products.

Lead Time:
Depends on order size. 2 weeks is to be expected for smaller orders.

Shipping:
I ship via International Airmail Parcels or EMS provided by Chunghwa Post, the national postal service of Taiwan. Their rates are very reasonable compared to many other parts of the world.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping charge estimates will be provided once there is a preliminary order list. Shipping cost, based on the estimate and the buyer's choice of service, will be added to the order and paid before work commences. Refund will be possible if actual billed shipping cost differs by more than $5.

Pricing:
If you are planning to sell my crafts at a brick & mortar shop, you are free to set your own retail price. However, online retailers should always respect my Etsy pricing (give or take any variations caused by currency fluctuations. Any shop found significantly undercutting my Etsy retail price at the time of order using their wholesale advantages will have their stockist account revoked.

Returns or Cancellations:
I will give refunds for any defective products if notified within 14 days of receiving them.
